Use the search bar on our homepage or visit the Find Pros page. You can filter by service category, island, and parish to find providers near you.
How do I become a provider on CaribServ?
Click 'List Your Services' and create a free account. Complete your profile with your business details, service areas, and portfolio photos. Once submitted, our team will review and verify your listing.
Is it free to use CaribServ?
Yes, customers can search and contact providers for free. Providers can create a free listing. Paid plans offer additional features like verified badges, priority placement, and analytics.
How does provider verification work?
We verify providers by checking their business registration, trade certifications, and identity. Verified providers display a badge on their profile, giving customers confidence in their legitimacy.
What islands does CaribServ cover?
We are currently live in Barbados. Trinidad & Tobago and Jamaica are launching soon. We plan to expand across the Caribbean.
How do I report a problem?
If you have an issue with a provider or need to report misconduct, email safety@caribserv.com or use the dispute system in your dashboard after booking a job.
