Provider Verification

All providers who display a verified badge have been through our verification process, which includes identity confirmation and business registration checks. We encourage customers to look for the verified badge when choosing a provider.

Reviews & Ratings

Our review system allows customers to share honest feedback after receiving a service. Reviews are monitored for authenticity and providers cannot remove or alter customer reviews.

Dispute Resolution

If something goes wrong with a job, our dispute resolution system provides a structured way to resolve issues. Both parties can submit evidence and our team mediates to reach a fair outcome.

Reporting Concerns

If you encounter unsafe behavior, fraud, or any concern about a provider or customer, please report it immediately to safety@caribserv.com. We investigate all reports promptly.
